Can I return or exchange something from my order?
Since our inception in 1984, every FBF product has been backed by our tradition of excellence. Here at FBF, we want you to feel comfortable trying our product. We will gladly exchange or refund any unworn merchandise, or any merchandise purchased from an FBF store or shopFBF.com with a manufacturing defect within 60 days of the sale date. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt. All refunds will be made based on the original method of payment. A refund check may be issued for cash payments. Refunds will include the price of the product and any taxes charged. Initial shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Items sent to our warehouse will not be returned.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply complete the return/exchange form enclosed with your order or visit one of our FBF retail stores.

Shipments from Alaska and Hawaii must go FedEx 2nd Day Air. Please call us at (765) 349-7474 and we will assist you with your return.
Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the package.
Return or Exchange Eligibility:
• Items in their original condition, unworn and unwashed
• Items that are defective
• Clearance and blemished items may NOT be returned or exchanged

We offer the following shipping options:
FedEx Smartpost – $6.00
Smartpost typically takes 2–7 business days from the time of shipment based on the distance to your destination (longer time in transit outside the contiguous 48 states).
FedEx 2Day – $8.99
2Day shipping should arrive to your door in two business days.
FedEx Smartpost – FREE
Any order of $75 or more (pre-tax) is eligible for free shipping. Your items will be shipped using FedEx Smartpost and will typically take 2–7 business days from the time of shipment based on the distance to your destination (longer time in transit outside the contiguous 48 states).
Online orders received after Friday at 3 p.m. (EST) will not be processed until the next business day.
What payment options do you offer?
FBF accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
When placing an order with a credit card, we must be able to verify the billing and shipping addresses with your credit card company. If for any reason we are unsuccessful, you will be notified at checkout.
